Lease Purchase or Rent to Own Options

Our Lease Purchase programs allow prospective home buyers the option of home ownership without the perfect credit credit and 10%-20% money down payments that traditional bank financing requires.  We have an excellent program and will work with you to repair your credit and enable you to become a home owner instead of a renter typically within 2-3 years.


Some Program Details:

• We will work with you to try and determine your ideal home and help you to determine what you will qualify for
• There is an application and screening process, however unlike traditional financing, you don't need to have perfect credit or a large down payment.
• We will put you in contact with a highly legitimate and reputable credit repair specialist.
• Payments will be processed through a 3rd party payment processing center to help improve your credit scores and payment history.
• Typically within 2-3 years (sometimes only 1 year depending on each individuals situation) we will put you in contact with a lender or broker that will assist you in getting traditional financing that will allow you to purchase your home!
